YOUR MISSION
• Lead and successfully execute complex, technical, strategic company projects and programs across the different locations of the KLK Kolb Group (CH, NL)
• Ensure that implemented solutions meet regulatory and contractual requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and extern parties (engineering partners and onsite contractors), to define and document project scope, deliverables and goals, to set project metrics and to identify risks
• Ensure that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements
• Manage communication with internal and external project teams
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to implement and improve project management practices and tools within the KLK Kolb Group
• Implement monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure project progress both internally and at external parties. Manage and pro-actively communicate changes in plans, budget or schedule
