• Advising all KLK OLEO Europe companies on all legal issues (with the exception of labor and tax law), in particular in corporate, distribution, commercial and civil law and regulatory matters, with national and international scope;
• Preparation of various contract templates as well as review, drafting and negotiation of individual contracts in a national and international context, primarily in English;
• Development and management of the contract management process and the contract database at European level;
• Supporting the management of KLK OLEO Europe's insurance portfolio, handling major claims, standardizing reporting;
• Support with data protection coordination at KLK OLEO Europe, but also at the individual group companies;
• Participation in projects with legal implications at national, European and global level (e.g. ESG, REACH)
• Representation of KLK OLEO Europe interests in extrajudicial matters and management of external legal advisors;
