YOUR TASKS

As a Back Office Executive, you are the link between our Sales and Project teams on the one hand, and the Administration on the other.

You support our teams so that from the quotation phase to the delivery of software projects to our customers, the administrative process runs smoothly.
• In close cooperation with our Business Development Managers and Project Managers, you create quotations in our internal company systems and deliver them to our customers. You ensure that this happens in accordance with existing contractual agreements.
• You follow up the quotations administratively and maintain contact with our customers or partners in a friendly way.
• After ordering, you prepare the necessary administration for our teams to follow up the projects in various company systems.
• You also provide support in various other administrative processes in our company.
