This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Architect/Engineer at Polymath Builders located in Las Piñas. As a Site Architect/Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Supervision and inspection of various projects within Metro Manila and nearby cities.
• Ensure timeline and quality work.
• Monitor daily accomplishments.
• Prepare quantity estimates needed for the projects.
• Request of material for purchase order needed at site.
• Project management, scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Licensed/not License are welcome to apply)
• At least 1 year of experience in construction
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Willing to be assigned to various projects
• Preferably can drive and with driver's license
