Business Development Specialist - Once a week onsite

Qualifications:
• A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred;
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience or training in Logistics/Warehousing/Distribution sectors.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• A team player.
• With a valid driver’s license.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Scouts for new business opportunities, set meetings, introduce products and services by phone, email or client visit.
• Conducts area saturation, provides market intelligence in his/her designated area of responsibility.
• Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
• Provides quotations, contracts, and other necessary documents to manage client requirements.
• Conducts product presentation to new and existing clients.

• Work Setup: Hybrid - Have to report every Monday or twice a month in the office, Field works
