Job Introduction

Heritage Portfolio are looking for a talented and enthusiastic chef to join our culinary team at the V&A Dundee. Under the guidance of our Head Chef, this role requires the candidate to assist with the production of all food for daily service as well as supporting menu preparation and delivery of our in-house events. All our food is prepared on site and made from scratch, focusing on seasonal and locally sourced produce. The menu changes daily, so there is plenty of room for creativity and personal flair.

After a refurbishment in March 2023, Tatha Bar & Kitchen at V&A Dundee changed from restaurant to café style counter service, offering a range of gourmet deli filled sandwiches and baguettes, seasonal salads, soups and hot dishes as well as a range of daily specials and toasties coming from the kitchen.
