We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join our Contracts Management team based in Northern Ireland.

Location: Northern Ireland, Belfast - hybrid working available

Contract: Permanent - full time – flexible hours available if desired, just let us know

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager, you'll be working within the Contracts Management team, supporting them in leading and managing the commercial team.

Your day to day will include:
• Lead, mentor and manage the commercial team to help guide and support to the operational teams to assess and minimise cost and to understand measurement and reporting requirements for claiming cost and value – including change control and variations
