We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Eastern & Midlands Construction team based in Rushden.

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire

Contract: Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them on a wide range of projects from Education to commercial, healthcare, leisure, public sector and more.

Your day to day will include:
• Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team. Help ensure that business targets and KPI's are exceeded
• Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
