London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of Graduate Teaching Assistant within the National Bakery School which forms part of our School of Applied Sciences.

At the National Bakery School, “Where Craftsmanship Meets Science and Technology”, we aim at positively transforming students’ lives through applied education and research in baking and patisserie. Our mission is to teach baking and patisserie craft associated to applied science and technology at the highest standard, equipping our graduates with market-relevant skills and confidence. Moreover, we contribute to business and societal solutions with our extensive applied research.

This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity of joining the staff at the National Bakery School, the oldest bakery school in the world, and teaching/tutoring a cohort of students to prepare them for their future careers in the baking industry.
