Senior Customer Service Specialist Permanent Sandbach - £32,000

Our client is an extremely successful and reputable manufacturer of textiles, based in the heart of Sandbach. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Specialist to join their longstanding team of commercially aware and business savvy individuals. Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of all elements of customer services and you champion customer excellence in all that you do. Daily duties will include
• Processing customer orders using Oracle
• Dealing with returns
• Handling complaints
• Producing quotes
• Work with internal departments regarding demand planning, supply chain and logistics
