Private Ambulance Service Operational Quality Manager

The role of the PAS Operational Quality Manager will be to manage all aspects of third-party provision provided by all external providers, including private ambulance services (PAS), agencies and taxi companies.

Reporting to the Contingent Workforce Manager, the post holder will be accountable for coordinating the capacity of external providers and ensure that their commissioned levels are delivered

Suitable applicants will demonstrate experience in planning, organising complex activities, programmes requiring formulation, adjustment/plan, organise broad range of complex activities with the ability to analyse, interpret, and compare complex facts or situations.
