We are seeking an individual with experience working in a fast-paced staff engagement environment, with proven experience of delivering effective internal change communications in a complex organisations.

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) is undergoing a period of transformation and improvement and has established several change projects planned for the next 12 – 18 months.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, this post supports the delivery of these projects, ensuring a robust and responsive approach to engaging leaders, employees, and volunteers to maximise the impact of these change programmes.

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust’s (EEAST) communications and engagement work combines internal communications and engagement, public affairs, media communications, issue management, corporate and social responsibility, information dissemination and strategic communications advice.
