The Opportunity :

Reporting to the Human Resources People Leader, the Senior HR Advisor leads and influences the Labour Relations activities and Payroll function at the unionized Brandon manufacturing facility.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life :
• Oversee and provide coaching and direction to a team of Human Resources Professionals in their day-to-day management of Labour Relations (2 HR Advisors and HR Coordinator (Payroll)).
• Deliver HR advisory services, direction and support to Managers, Supervisors, and staff in areas such as employee development, performance management, human rights, employment law, policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
