Project Coordinator

On behalf of our Burnaby based client, Procom is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 6 month assignment in Vancouver, BC. This will be a Hybrid role with two in Office days per week

Project Coordinator Job Details:
• Provide IT Enterprise Architecture team administrative and coordination tasks
• Governance meetings planning and minutes taking.
• Admin, setup and clean up EA teams and sharepoint sites, JIRA and LeanIX tools
• Help Enterprise Architecture team members on creating presentation materials
• Have experience using Microsoft M365 tools (eg, Outlook, Onenote, Teams, Word) and JIRA
• Proficient and experience with producing professional presentation materials using MS Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI etc
• Good at listening, planning, coordination and communication
• Fluency in speaking and written English

Project Coordinator Mandatory Skills:
