Roles & Responsibilities

In charge of the product costing quotation activities and overall quotation process for the company.
• Preparing documents during quotation stage.
• Perform costing and sourcing job
• Compile drawings and specifications for each job.
• Compile costing figures into template.
• Liaise with engineering team for process and material clarifications.
• Perform data entry and log in the job order into system.
• Attend to customer request and inquiry within the timeframe and as per department’s SOP
• Ensure the sales quotation prepare within the timeline as follow SOP
• Ensure all confirmed orders details are placed into system and cascade all required information to all internal operation department.
