General
• Briefing to employees before start of each shift.
• Take employee attendance.
• Ensure sufficient employee for each machine.
• To control and monitor manpower as where and when required.
• Ensure all employees know and understand company rules and regulations
• Practice 7S.
• Ensure all employees wear appropriate company uniform and PPE.
• Join production meeting.
• To show good initiative and example to his subordinates.
• Supervisor must not overpower. You will have to take full responsibility for your associated with your overpower.

During production
• Ensure all works are done properly in accordance to updated work instruction.
• Ensure all employees are in working place during working hour.
• Avoid materials from avoidable damage during handling.
• Ensure the employees do have all the tools required for production, are all suitable to be used, maintain in good condition and keep in locked cabinet after use.
