Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the production floor day to day operation, job allocation, work-force motivation, disciplinary matters, cost control and preventive maintenance of production, plant, machines and equipments.
• To monitor production efficiency and minimize wastages.
• Ensure full workforce productivity and high product quality to meet customers’ requirement through implementation of company’s standards for processes, work methods, performance and measurement systems.
• Responsible for the smooth running of the Company's operation to achieve the production volume, quality target and its overall performance objectives.
• To control production and maintenance costs in line with budget.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related field.
• At least 5 years working experience in food manufacturing or food processing is needed.
• Strong knowledge of primary food processing.
• Possess leadership capabilities to drive teams to excellence.
