Hi,

We are the read family, fun is so important to us as much as thinking outside the box and being an incredible human being. At the moment Mom and Dads work loads (my husband and I) have become intense and we are struggling to balance home life with work life and as a result things like homework and reading has become rare in our household. The kids know they can get away with anything and need a firm but incredibly kind and loving person to come in and help.

YOU NEED TO BE ORGANISED!!! These are three kids who has incredibly busy lives.

You will need to know how to cook at least breakfasts. (You wont be cooking for the family but will need to cook for yourself on weekends).
You will be required to clean up after yourself and the kids a lot of the time.
You will need to understand up to middle school English Maths & Basic Subjects.
You will need to have a cheery disposition and be willing to go above and beyond when required.
