We are dedicated to providing sustainable energy through our innovative mini-grid systems. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our 50kW mini-grid plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the 50kW mini-grid plant, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Monitor plant performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage a team of technicians and provide training as needed.
• Implement and oversee health and safety protocols on site.
• Liaise with the management team to report on operational status and suggest improvements.

Ideal Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
