ABOUT US:

Springfield Grange Care Home is looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant on a permanent basis with contracts up to 44 Hours.

Specialists in care provision who provide environments to support the needs of our residents and to negate the risks posed. Portland Care works successfully with dementia, complex needs, old age residents with or without the need for nursing care.
