Prologis is looking for a Development Manager, mostly based in Munich. This position takes responsibility for managing (re-)development activities for land and building developments including entitlement, budgeting, design management and construction of speculative/BTS industrial/warehouse facilities for ground-up projects in the Germany.

Development managers must be able to demonstrate experience of managing external multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects to strict deadlines, within budget and to required quality standards.

The Development Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of multiple projects. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to get along with all levels of management and partners to ensure the success of each project from start to completion including securing the business.
