a)Provide support services for local Petrotech and Non-Petrotech application in Malaysia (Level 1 and Level 2. Perform necessary problem identification and troubleshoot system issues involving few areas such as Operation/Production system, Drilling & Completion system, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) system, Logistic system and Engineering system. Work together with other IT personnel to identify, troubleshoot and resolve level-1 issues reported by Petrotech and Non-Petrotech users. Work on system documentation covering guidelines, system architecture, system ID, roles and access. Escalate and coordinate level-2/level-3 support with respective software vendors or internal IT helpdesk to resolve any issue that cannot be resolved. b) Enhancement and Project resource for Petrotech and Non-Petrotech application.
