Duties & Responsibilities

Receiving visitors

Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person

Keep the reception area neat and tidy

Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries and post

Maintain office security

Access control

Filing, photocopying, preparing quotes, etc

General administration

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Data capturing

Scheduling meetings

Complete credit applications

Order office supplies

Assist with events and functions

Supervise cleaning staff

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric

Office Administration qualification (advantageous)

Computer literate

Own vehicle (advantageous)
