Key Responsibilities:
• Assist/provide support to the team leader in ensuring the overall smooth-running including costing, managing contractual and financial aspects of construction projects.
• To prepare, coordinate, advise, check and verify all relevant documents for the Interim Payment Certificate (IPC), inclusive of documents from consultants and sub-contracts.
• To ensure that all relevant documents submitted are fully substantiated, accurate and in accordance with the Contract.
• To monitor and anticipate issues on time and cost impact and respond timely to all correspondences.
• Access and monitor monthly progress claim.
• Check, verify and evaluate all Variations Oder’s (VO) and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• To actively participate in meetings and update/distribute information to team.
• To ensure correspondences and documentations housekeeping at all times are updated and filed.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
