We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team on a three-month contract. The Junior Recruiter will support the HR team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing:
• Utilize various channels such as social media and recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing techniques.
• Screening and Interviewing:
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
