Position Summary

The Allianz Technology Account Manager role is to drive Customer Experience and Financial Excellence. The Account Manager is a business technology advocate for Allianz Technology to support the technology demand across Allianz Asia’s Operating Entities (OE). The Account Manager Asia is responsible for owning and managing the Customer/ OE relationships, maintains a deep knowledge of the OE technology strategy, financial budgets, service demands and consumption of Allianz Technology technology services focused on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
• CX – Accountable for OE NPS and drive improvement measures.
• Strategic Initiatives – Prioritization of technology roll outs in close collaboration with OE C-level and IT stakeholders.
