Locums First is currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join a reputable independent pharmacy in Ely. If you’re a pharmacist with managerial experience or seeking to transition from a larger business to make a significant impact in a smaller independent setting, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a small team of pharmacy staff.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent Pharmacist to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
• Drive personal and store growth through effective communication and leadership.

Key Requirements:
• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Strong communication skills and a driven personality.
• Prior managerial experience preferred.

What We Offer:
• Competitive basic salary up to £55,000, depending on experience.
• Bonus scheme with achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
