Responsible

●Oversee the attendance via the Fingerprint machine with daily reporting to the GM.

●Manage & Make Payroll payments to employees twice a month.

●Make Social Security payments (for about 17 employees) once a month

●Administrate Petty Cash balance sheets once a month

● Prepare bank transfers to vendors twice a month.

●Manage the factory agenda & calendar.

●Prepare the shipping invoices for the products sent to the USA.

●Prepare the monthly cash flow report to the GM.

●Prepare the accounting books for the factory accountant.

●Act as a second signee on all the factory’s purchases, monthly bills, and other expenses.
