We are on the lookout for an innovative R&D Application Engineer to become a key player in our forward-thinking R&D Engineering Team. Your mission will be to seamlessly integrate customer requirements with our innovative product solutions. You will oversee initiatives of our Vision/Lightning segment and work alongside a variety of teams to convert concepts into product design.

Your responsibilities will be to:
• Oversee the product development process, ensuring milestones are met within time and budget constraints
• Translate customer requirements into technical plans, adhering to our robust internal processes and change management protocols
• Regularly monitor progress, review test results and communicate updates or escalate setbacks as needed
