Smart4Energy has partnered up with a world-leading Gemstone Mine and is currently seeking a Software Support Analyst (SaaS) for an amazing opportunity in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

As a Software Support Analyst (SaaS), you will be managing and updating data within their internal system and assisting with the preparation for external use. This would include troubleshooting bugs, liaising with technical teams and continuously enhancing the systems functionality.

Requirements:
• Tertiary education in IT
• 3-4 years technical experience as a Support Analyst
• Thorough understanding SaaS (Software as a Service)
• Experience assisting end-users across the SaaS platform
• MUST have Mining Industry experience
