To provide a comprehensive, generalist HR service to support INEOS Inovyn business objectives.
• The role will provide HR support for the Newton Aycliffe site and will be the internal HR focal point for the Site Manager, local site management, Trade Union representatives and employees.
• The role will interact closely with the UK HR Manager, UK Payroll Manager and the wider HR community within the UK primarily, including other INEOS businesses located at the Newton Aycliffe site.
• The job holder will establish and maintain relationships with apprenticeship training providers, recruitment connections e.g. local educational and training providers, local business and industry network, Occupational Health service providers and PHI providers.
• Provide generalist HR support, guidance and advice on all people related matters:
• Absence management
• Disciplinary, dispute and grievance management
