Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lettings Property Manager located in Kenilworth. As a Lettings Property Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing all aspects of the property rental process, including advertising available properties, conducting property viewings, screening and selecting tenants, negotiating and preparing lease agreements, handling maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with rental laws and regulations.
