In this role, you'll play a crucial part in leading the care team to surpass care standards set by regulatory bodies and internal benchmarks. As Deputy Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the care team and General Manager to address operational challenges and devise action plans to elevate the quality of care in line with policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities include providing support and guidance to care staff for effective care planning and delivery, managing and developing the staff team under the supervision of the Registered Manager, utilizing quality monitoring tools to address care and safeguarding concerns, and assuming overall responsibility for the home in the absence of the General Manager.
