Description

1. Control and maintain stock level effectively to ensure items order in specification required.
2. Received, check, and inspect parts, supplies or consumable ordered by respective department to ensure items received in good quality and right quantity.
3. Monitor and maintain data entry and update material slip for issue in bin card in computer-based management information system.
4. Ensure the material slip and stock transaction are properly and safely kept for reference and record.
5. Initiating the quotation and ordering parts of consumable.
6. Maintain stock security and safety of store and item and always use safe handling procedures and ensure stock is secure to prevent injury or loss.
7. Assist in office administrative works including mailing, documentation, and equipment, facilities, which include replenishing stationery, photocopies, and ad hoc tasks.
8. Facilitate in the implementation of Quality Assurance procedures to ISO 9002.
