Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with out clients out in Penicuik to welcome a maternity cover Finance Manager to their team. This role will be working closely with the Head of Finance and will support 3 junior employees.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the preparation of management accounts to trial balance.
• Responsible for monthly analysis of actuals versus budget, prior year, forecast.
• Responsible for leading and coaching the team on accurate analysis and insightful reporting on the management accounts.
• Review and improve balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure accruals completeness, cut-off and review contracts for proper accounting considerations.
• Responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes, VAT, and other regulations.
• Full ownership of internal controls matrix, adherence and compliance.
