Position: Part-time Legal Cashier *Immediate Start!*

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Cashier to join a law practice. We're seeking an experienced individual to support the financial operations on a part-time basis.

Requirements

Prior experience within a practice setting

Proficiency in LEAP and Xero software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

Manage financial matters and interests for the firm

Consult with clients, law firms, and businesses on financial concerns

Scrutinize large transactions for accuracy and compliance

Assist in developing financial strategies for clients and the firm

Record all transactions accurately and in a timely manner

Handle client payments and inquiries professionally
