Scout Recruiting has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our clients award-winning team as a Sales Support to the Business Development Manager. Your main responsibility will be to manage communication between the office, clients and customers ensuring all information is recorded on the CRM system accurately.

This is a full-time permanent position. Monday to Friday. Salary up to 30K DOE plus excellent non salaried benefits

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact between key clients, suppliers, and customers.throughout the stages of the process.
• Diary and mailbox management
• Work closely with the team members to ensure customer needs and timescales are understood and met.
• Ensure that all customer information is recorded accurately and presented in a manner, in line with company procedures
• Collaborate with 3rd parties and share best practices.
• Keep the company CRM system up to date at all times.
