Scout Recruiting is now resourcing for a Recruitment/HR Assistant. Our client is located on the outskirts of Stamford and is a well-established manufacturing company. The business is thriving and they’re rolling out another recruitment drive.

The role requires someone with recruitment, administration and hr experience. It can be a full for part time position with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Salary is between £25,000 - £27,000 (pro rata if part time) along with excellent non salaried benefits on top.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advertising, sourcing and screening applicants
• Respond to all resourcing queries.
• Maintain the internal database for storing all applicant details.
• Assess the suitability of applicants against the agreed role profile and provide a shortlist of applicants for interview.
• Identifying potential employees via searching, sourcing, headhunting
