Service & MOT Centre Manager required in Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Salary from £32,000 - £35,000

Opening hours will be 7am - 7pm Monday to Saturday and 10-4 Sunday. Colleagues will be on a continental shift pattern, ideally 4 on 4 off (12 hour shifts) but our client is open to discussion on other flexible working patterns.

We have a great opportunity for a vibrant and enthusiastic Centre Manager to join our Client's vehicle repair and MOT centre in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

The ideal candidate will come from a Technical background, having trained initially as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic. However, this is not essential, as the role will mainly be front of house, people-management and upselling. We're looking for someone with a proven sales record who can help drive the business to the next level.
