£65,000pa plus bonus and package

Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting a Financial Controller for a growing SME in Chichester, West Sussex (hybrid working). This position takes responsibility for all aspects of accounts for this rapidly expanding and successful business. It could suit a Management Accountant looking for a step up into their first FC role or an experienced FC.

Reporting to the MD and managing a small team you will take responsibility for:
• Provide financial support, business partnering and leadership to business & senior management team
• Co-ordination of UK month-end processes & management accounts
• Prepare and process accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register
• Responsible for maintaining/reviewing all monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage UK year-end and audit process
• Preparation of UK budgets and forecasts
• UK cashflow reconciliation, analysis, and forecasting
