JOB SUMMARY

Serving as the property Manager on Duty, this role oversees all property operations to ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are consistently delivered. Acting as the representative of property management in guest-related situations, managing guest flow, and resolving service issues.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related area.
OR
• 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; no prior work experience required.
