Account Manager - Customer Service

Schedule
• 40 hours – Monday-Friday

Tasks
• Coordinate the projects with all the company’s services.
• Make sure to have all the needed information to created and submit a project into the system.
• After the template, treat the project.
• Taking care of the relationship with the client for the 1st call from the realization of the project going through the problems after the sale or order’s warranty from distributors.
• Following up with the distributors for missing items/purchase orders/revised pricing.
• Asking all kinds of changes into the system to the Production team/purchase
• Adjustment sq2
• Modification of stones, profiles, etc.
• Add options: sinks or any other accessory.
• Adjust the information into the system for the installation teams.
