Role Description

For Fucina Italia Srl, a company of the newcleo group, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who, reporting directly to the HR Director of newcleo srl, will be responsible for structuring the HR function, managing HR processes and implementing HR policies of Fucina Italia srl.

The HR Business Partner will guarantee the compliance of procedures and documents. He/she will be responsible for the daily HR activities and will act as the point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and partners e will collaborate with the HR team of newcleo srl.

He/she will also be active part in the recruitment process, hiring and onboarding process of new employees
