Role Overview

In this role you will support Cloud21’s People function to provide advice and guidance to colleagues ensuring policies, procedures and processes are applied in a consistent, fair and professional manner. You’ll be focused on the day-to-day delivery of the People function’s tasks and deliver immediate and short-term outcomes for colleagues and stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role primarily based from home with the potential to travel to operational meetings and our head office based in Kings Hill, Kent for at least one day a week. If you'd prefer to work from an office more regularly please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Core Responsibilities

Lead:
• probation processes for all staff, escalating complex cases where necessary.
• occupational health cases, creating reports and recording documentation.
• offboarding activities such as letters, exit interview and associated reporting, and liaising with IT Service Desk.
