We have an exciting Pre-Contract Management opportunity in our Commercial team.
• Up to £65k plus company car / car allowance

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager and liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Pre-Contract Management will be responsible for all pre-construction contractual work, enabling the Estimating and Project Management Teams to mitigate risk, maximise opportunity, and drive client satisfaction. - Work on Water, Wastewater, and Environment Agency Frameworks for design and build and build only projects between the values of £250k and £5m. - Act as the...
