We deliver specialist environmental programmes throughout catchments to increase flood and drought resilience, improve water quality and enhance biodiversity – all with the aim of creating a better, more sustainable environment.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering works on our Environment Agency contracts to a high standard and in a timely manner. Travel and overnighters will be part of the job. On occasions you will be required to be placed on standby for out-of-hours call-outs to assist our clients in emergency response situations.

You will

Be supporting with a variety of tasks including riverbank restorations, grass cutting, eel screens, fish rescue and working on embankments.
• Assist with the preparation of sites, including unloading and storing of building materials and plant.
• Store, handle, use and dispose of materials in the correct manner.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment including wearing full PPE, at all times.
