MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an Operations & Maintenance Team Leader to join a brand-new Anaerobic Digestion plant near Grantham.

Our client is a leading and expanding business within the Renewable Energy, with a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer or Technician to take a step up into a Team Leader position, working on a 3 on / 3 off days-based shift pattern.

As the O&M Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
• Supervising and mentoring a small team of operators
• Working closely with the maintenance manager to create and implement the maintenance schedule
• Carrying out fault finding and repairs on electrical & mechanical plant such as: PLCs, pumps, motors and mixers
• Working as part of a call out rota to respond to breakdowns and faults in a timely manner
• Supporting the plant operations via SCADA when required
