We are thrilled to be working alongside a genuine leader within the medical device design and manufacturing industry, who are looking to expand their highly innovative and successful engineering team by appointing a Process Improvement Engineer who will play a critical role in offering technical support to production with the aim of optimising manufacturing processes

The role;
• Manage and lead process improvement projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, monitoring and reporting project progress, KPI's monthly.
• Generate robust validation rationales and documentation that support process improvement projects throughout the validation lifecycle (Change controls, validation plans, protocols and reports)
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and their associated tools to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and enhance product quality, reduce waste.
