A job opportunity has arisen for a Handyperson to join the estates team at a high profile building in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

Salary up to £25k, M-F 40hrs pw.

Job Duties
• Carrying out maintenance and a wide range of reactive property repairs.
• Handyperson will work with the estates team carrying out general building repairs.
• Multi-skilled tasks, minor plumbing and electrics, fitting kitchens and bathrooms, tiling, flooring and window replacements.
• Will also involve some outside work, guttering and roof repairs.

Job Requirements

Preferred Handyperson will have good knowledge of property maintenance, experience of working at height and capable of operating power tools. Handyperson job will suit someone who is physically fit, responsive and capable of heavy work.

Knowledge of health and safety and IT literate.

Full clean drivers license required for the Handyperson job in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
