- Manage team to perform to achieve production output target (daily, weekly & monthly) - Supervise, Support & Coach Line Leader (direct report) & team to reach the target - Monitor production process and ensure product standard quality in the responsible area- Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance report to Manager- Coordinate with related functions to ensure smooth production processes - Monitor, report problem solving internal problem and find corrective -Preventive action to reach target- Continuous improvement for reach target company - Prepare and revise operating regulations procedures, standards and other relevant documents in the ISO system used in the production process.
